Not once have I ever had a Pre-Teen or
Teenager express the strong desire to do this program.
However, I've never had them disagree after our initial
"get to know you" visit along with their parents.
This program is High-Value for ALL involved. Priceless...
Is it TRUE?? Is it true that I'm providing tools for youth and parents to
learn together and in front of each other?
YES YES YES! It's so TRUE, UNIQUE and POWERFULLY SUCCESSFUL.
I'll introduce my Bird Nest Syndrome™ to both the parent and the youth so they can each better
understand what's going on. What IS going on???
Well... I don't know, we haven't had a visit yet - but I'd bet it feels like resistance, disturbance,
anger, defiance, and/or dissension (meaning difference of opinion or disagreement).
SIDE-NOTE: I do have a private visit with the parent(s) to give a heads-up visit about what
they can expect and how this all rolls out. This helps with ease, trust, understanding,
clarity and, of course, your agreement and/or support.
This is a powerful program for youth - around ages 10-18 (ish) - as they tend to begin to 'flap their wings' with a strong desire for more independence around this time frame.
At the same time these years can feel to parents like too much disrespect, extreme disrespect, loss of control, etc. is taking place.
This program is available as a 3-person (Theresa, Parent, & Youth) sit-down coaching
session (on zoom, must have great internet) as our initial session; then 6 consecutive sessions (1-hour weekly) with the youth. All session must be on zoom and must be recorded. However, for the sole-purpose of protect as in if anything is questioned
or there is concern from parent or youth - we have the option of playback.
Many times we are able to get results with just ONE powerful conversation where the youth gets to
voice their disturbances in front of their parents - and parents get to voice their disturbances in front of youth.
MY only position in the process is to play detective... as well as to...
#1) Provide a NEW perspective when possible
#2) Facilitate a 'Sacred Space' for a parent and their child to witness one another; as each other's
concerns and disturbances come up and out to ME - (not to each other).
There will be an introduction of NEW ways to be; as well as an introduction to TRUST via 'The ART of Listening'.
Plus NEW tools and perceptions for both parent and youth to play and practice with.
And, if the youth desires they can actually teach what they are learning to the parent and the parent play an active
role in processing their own "stuff and thangs"!
There is THREE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1) Again, an initial visit with the parent(s) is mandatory... to explain the concepts, how to
hold 'Sacred Space', and what to expect - so they can knowingly, naturally, and sacredly
embrace what their child/teenager is communicating and the actual tools within coaching conversation.
2) A "get to know you" visit with parent(s) and youth...where I explain Birds Nest Syndrome™ to both, together.
3) Recorded sessions for the option of "look back" ONLY if or when necessary...

6 Week Youth Elevated Package with teen $1920 (1-hour per week) to be completed
within 8 weeks (gives two weeks off within the program)
NOTE: all youth elevated program must be done via zoom as they must be recorded. The
recording is only used or shown if there is a challenge or a question regarding the teachings...
Plus, 24/7 cell phone access to Theresa for support as needed.
The "Youth Elevated" Program is a foundational program the young person
